The issue of finding pool chairs early in the morning can be frustrating, especially considering the high cost of staying at the hotel.

The guy that checked us in was extremely nice as was the pool waitress.

We paid for a room because we were staying in Kapalua and it had rained for 6 days my friend and I wanted to lay out at the pool for the day while our husbands played golf. There was not enough chairs at the pool for us to lay in so we ended up having to pay 25.00 for a cabana which we were told there were not any available then after standing in front of the towel lady for quite awhile she finally decided she had one available. She was NOT very friendly. Even though we never saw our room we did check in... We have been coming to Maui for 20 years and every where we have ever stayed we were given a lei at check in and greeted very friendly as we got out of our car. This did not happen at your hotel. Needless to say we will not choose your hotel to stay at in the future.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was spacious with a breathtaking ocean view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff treated us like family.

The morning meal could use some improvement, especially in terms of seating wait times.

Beautiful lay out of the hotel and very comfortable

The kids pool is awesome for all aged children! Delicious breakfast with some good veggie options and amazing ocean view with seating at the patio. The cinema and game room were super cool. Staff was very friendly especially Bryan who transformed a poor experience into a great stay.

I booked a Junior Suite and was thrilled with the oceanfront location and views. The pool areas were great for both relaxation and fun. The resort's location was convenient for walking to the beach and nearby shopping. I recommend this hotel.

The resort's location right on the beach was amazing! The pools, rooms, and restaurants were all impeccable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The resort had great facilities for families with kids, including a kids pool area. We loved the spaciousness of our upgraded presidential suite, which had a kitchen, multiple TVs with Netflix, and total comfort. The resort also had a shopping mall nearby with lovely shops and restaurants.
